How does the service work?

From home-style to gourmet, from uncompromisingly carnivore to steadfastly vegetarian, your taste preferences form the basis of the dinners I create for you. We start with a "food preference meeting" so that I get a feel for the kinds of food you like green beans, but hate broccoli; you can eat chicken every night, but think you should change it up; you're watching your carbs or you're training for a marathon and need to carb load...

Based on your preferences, I suggest a menu of three to five different entrées, depending on the service selected. After you approve the menu, we set up a cooking day, and I do the rest. You come home to a clean kitchen and the tantalizing aromas of home cooking.

That sounds fabulous, but isn't it expensive?

While it may sound like something for the rich and famous, hiring the services of a Personal Chef is surprisingly affordable. The cost for a service depends upon the number and ages of people to be served, whether they are heavy or light eaters, and any special dietary requirements that need to be addressed.

How much time and energy are you spending planning meals, shopping and slaving in the kitchen after a hard day at work?

How much are you spending now on dining out, take-out, and ready-made from the market? Are you throwing away food you haven't gotten around to cooking? For about the same amount, you could be dining in the comfort of your own home on fresh, delicious meals prepared especially for you!
